A vitaminised compsn. contains; (a) a carrier comprising an inert food gel; and (b) a vitamin. Pref. the gel is water-sol. and esp. obtd. by addn. of 6-9 g/l of xanthan gum to an aq. soln. of vitamin(s). The compsn. also contains an oxidising food component, an oligo-element and a preservative. |
