PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operating cable to be adjusted into no stage, so as to provide an optimum wire stretching state, by winding an operating wire on a cable drum by a first spring, and restricting rotation in the direction opposite to the winding direction of the cable drum by a second spring. SOLUTION: When an operating lever 5 is operated from the neutral position (a) to an operating position (b) and turned around a lever shaft 9, an operating wire 33 is towed, and the parking brake operating state can be obtained. This operating lever 5 is locked in the operating position (b) by a lock mechanism 17. When the operating lever 5 is returned to the neutral position (a), the towing state of the operating wire 33 is released. In this case, when slacking of the operating wire 33 is generated, a first spring 35 is operated, so as to rotate a cable drum 27 in the winding direction, and tensile force of the operating wire 33 is secured. A second spring 37 is wound on a drum shaft of a cable drum 21 in which winding is completed, so as to restrict rotation in the direction opposite to the winding direction. |
