PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a surge voltage by connecting filter circuits to (n) pieces of wires by dividing wiring into (n) systems and connecting wires at prescribed intervals and connecting the outputs of the filter circuits to a signal input terminal through an OR circuit. SOLUTION: The signal of a first system connected with voltage discriminating circuits 2a, 2c, 2e, and 2g becomes (a+c+e+g). Namely, the phase difference between output signals caused by a surge becomes double, because the voltage discriminating circuits are connected at every other in order of the potential of a combined battery. Consequently, the four signals do not become one continuous signal, but narrow-width pulses, because the intervalτ2 between each signal becomes larger than the pulse widthτ1 of each signal. Therefore, the output of a filter circuit 6a is maintained at '0'. A second system connected with voltage discriminating circuits 2b, 2d, 2f, and 2h is also the same and the output of a filter circuit 6b is also maintained at '0'. Consequently, the output of an OR circuit 7, namely, the signal at the signal input terminal 5a of a charging/ discharging control circuit 5 is maintained at '0'. |
