<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount firmly a mounting disk by providing the mounting disk having a through hole in the center and an engaging screw groove in the periphery and a fastening bolt having the tip passed through the through hole and threadingly engaged with a nut. SOLUTION: A tubular valve body 12 is forced inside an outside cylindrical body from the bulging part 13 side to prevent slipping-out. A nut 6 is inserted in the wall thickness part 5 of the outside cylindrical body and covered with a holed cap 7. Then, the depth side end 8a of a pack 8 is sandwiched between the wall thickness part 5 and holed cap 7 and fixed with adhesives. Next, when a fastening bolt 24 inserted into a through hole 23 of a mounting disk 22 is inserted into a cylindrical rotary valve body 12 to be screwed in a nut 6 and fastened thereto, the mounting disk is completely fixed, so that a handrail rod 25 overlaps the mounting disk to be mounted thereto by an embracing fitting 26. Then, since the wall thickness part 5 receiving the nut 6 is completely fixed with a cured filler 27, a wall body is not damaged no matter how hard the fastening bolt 24 is fastened up.</p> |
