PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate matrix resin and dielectric having different dielectric characteristics in the same plane by hot pressing a sheet, provided with a part having dielectric characteristics different from those of resin, to a specified part on the surface of a resin sheet which can be thermally softened, fused and bonded. SOLUTION: A sheet, provided with a part 1 having dielectric characteristics different from those of resin is hot pressed to a specified part on the surface of a resin sheet 2 which can be thermally softened, fused and bonded. A prepreg produced by adding thermosetting resin varnish to a basic fiber material and then thermally setting the thermosetting resin up to stage B is employed as the resin sheet which can be thermally softened, fused and bonded, but a sheet produced by coating a plastic film with resin can also be employed. Alternatively, a composition having dielectric characteristics different from those of resin may be printed to a specified part on the surface of a resin sheet. Since the matrix resin of laminate and the part having different dielectric characteristics are fused and integrated, the dielectric is protected against fracture due to difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the dielectrics. |
