The device for preventing unnecessary falling of control rod in an atomic power plant has sensors 2, 11 which are connected to respective stationary winding control cards, compare a stationary winding current with a reference current and supply a current isolation sensing signal; a movement sensor 31 which is connected to a signal process card 30 and senses a control rod moving signal supplied from the signal process card 30; a memory 3 which is connected to the sensors 2, 11 and the moving sensor 31, isolates the sensing signal if the current isolation sensing signal is supplied by the drawing-out or insertion of the control rod, and generates a corresponding group selection and emergency alarm by using the current isolation sensing signal in the other cases; a group selection driver 4 which is connected to the signal process card 5 and selects corresponding group by the group selection signal supplied from the memory 3; and an emergency alarm signal supplier 6 which is connected to an alarm card 7 and a moving winding control card 8 and supplies the emergency alarm signal from the memory 3 to the alarm card 7.
