A dispenser for a product packaged in liquid, cream or gel form, particular for cosmetic, skin-care, pharmaceutical or ophthalmological applications, including a container (1, 1') for the product to be dispensed, connected at one end thereof to a head (3) with a sealing member (8), and characterised in that the surfaces of all or some of the parts contacting said product are treated in such a way that an antibacterial agent remains attached to said surfaces when the product is being dispensed.
