PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcedly bring a latch from the half-latched state to the full-latched state. SOLUTION: A pin 7 is erected in a lever 5 provided in the shaft 4 of a latch 3 in the inside of a case body 1. A gear 8 is provided in a bracket 6 arranged in the case body 1. A pin 10 is provided in a lever 9 at the side of the gear 8. A slot 12 is made in a plate 11 arranged between the gear 8 and the lever 9. A fixing piece 13 is formed on the plate 11. The plate 11 moves to the side direction in accordance with the rotation of the gear 8 against the bracket 6. The slot12 of the plate 11 moves to the side while connecting with the pin 10 of the lever 9 and the fixing piece 13 of the plate 11 is positioned to contact the pin 7 of the lever 5. The pin 7 of the lever 5 moves to the side together with the fixing piece 13 of the plate 11 and the lever 5 rotates in accordance with the movement of the pin 7. The shaft 4 rotates in accordance with the rotation of the lever 5 and the latch 3 is forcedly brought from the half-latched state to the full-latched state in accordance with the rotation of the shaft 4.
