PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high yield molding by eliminating wastefulness of a material by providing independently operated gate pins to a gate part and forming a part of a mold by the foremost end parts of the gate pins when a gate is opened and closed and the mold is closed to provide the function closing the gap between a cavity and a cylinder. SOLUTION: A gate is opened and closed by gate pins 9 as shown on the left side of a center line and a nozzle plunger 3 comes into contact with a lower mold 2 under pressure to close a check valve 5. When a material is sent into the nozzle plunger 3, the check valve 5 is opened to extrude the material and the nozzle plunger 3 retreats and, when a cylinder 7 is filled with the material, the gate pins 9 are opened by a hydraulic plunger 10. The nozzle plunger 3 advances at a time of injection to close the check valve 4 and the material is pressurized to be injected into a cavity 6 and the nozzle plunger 3 is brought into contact with the lower mold 2 under pressure. This pressure is sensed and the gate is closed by the gate pins 9 through the hydraulic plunger 10 and the nozzle plunger 3 retreats. |
