<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect respective conductor parts of electric wires to be connected, and enhance joining strength. SOLUTION: An electric wire connecting method is provided with a pair of oppositely arranged jigs 11 and 12 and welding electrodes 13 and 14 oppositely arranged so as to be positioned between both jigs 11 and 12. A connecting object material inserting space part 15 is formed of these. Conductor parts 17a and 18a of electric wires 17 and 18 are inserted into the connecting object material inserting space part 15, and conductor parts 20a of dummy electric wires 20 are arranged over both jigs 11 and 12 between the conductor parts 17a and 18a and the respective welding electrodes 13 and 14 so as to avoid contact between the respective conductor parts 17a and 18a and the respective welding electrodes 13 and 14. Resistance welding is performed in a pressurized condition by both welding electrodes 13 and 14, and the respective conductor parts 17a, 18a and 20a are connected to each other.</p> |
