摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of transmission quality caused by cell delay fluctuation and to transmit an ATM cell at high efficiency. SOLUTION: When the number of all TDMA data bursts in a TDMA frame is set to be M, i-th burst to be Ti and the number of bursts allocated in the frame to be L, Tϕ(i) is secured in order as an allocation place at every '1' from '1' to L for the value of (i) by settingϕ(i) =ωo +int((i-1)×(M/L)) onωo satisfying 1<=ωo <=M+1-int(1+M-M/L) as the deciding method of the allocation position when Tϕ(i) is idle, and the idle burst nearest to Tϕ(i) is secured as the allocation place when Tϕ(i) is already allocated. Then, the allocation places of L-pieces of bursts are secured and the equality of the bursts which are newly allocated or the equality of the idle bursts after allocation is set to be an evaluation function. Then, the allocation position is decided so that the function shows the best value.</p>
