<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a device into a compact structure and improve detection accuracy by lifting an operating body with the attracting force of a magnet, and opening or closing contact points with the vertical motion of the operating body. SOLUTION: Magnetic attracting force is applied between a circular magnet 15 fixed to the lower end face of a piston shaft 14 (operating body) and a yoke 17 fixed to a piston stanchion body 12. When no weight measured object 22 is mounted, the shaft 14 is lifted, and a movable contact point 20 and a fixed contact point 21 are opened. When the measured object 22 is mounted on the shaft 14 and the gravitational force exceeds the magnetic attracting force, the shaft 14 is lowered against the attracting force. The movable contact point 20 is connected to the fixed contact point 21 by the descent to close a circuit, Peltier atoms 18 are excited, and a beverage which is the measured object 22 is heated (cooled). Whether the measured object 22 is mounted on the shaft 14 or not is detected via the magnetic attracting force of the magnet 15.
