<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recording efficiency in the case of copying and preserving digital data collected and recorded by an on-vehicle device on the side of an analysis device. SOLUTION: A read means 5 reads the data of a recording area in a first recording medium 2 and outputs them to a recording means and the recording means 6 records the data recorded in the recording areas 1B and 1C excluding a non-recording area 1A where the data are not recorded yet among the inputted data recorded in the recording area 1 in a second recording medium 3. Thus, only the data other than the ones of the non-recording area are recorded in the second recording medium and the recording efficiency of the second recording medium is improved.</p> |
