PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of burr, to require no post-processing, to enable low pressure filling, to suppress the cost of various equipments and to shorten the use time of molds to perform operation by a small number of molds. SOLUTION: A lubricant of the normal temp. prepared by mixing and dispersing lubricating grease or a lubricant and a thermal resin powder is injected in the gap between the inner and outer races 1a, 1b of a roll bearing 1 of the normal temp. and the metal consisting of the lower and upper molds 2, 3 fitted to this gap is heated to the sintering temp. of the thermoplastic resin to be fitted in the gap and, after the contact surface 8 of the mold of the lubricant is solidified, the mold is detached to heat the roll baring 1 to the temp. from the gelling point to dripping point of the thermoplastic resin. Subsequently, the roll bearing is cooled to solidify the whole of the lubricant to produce the roll bearing filled with a solid lubricant. |
