FIELD: forging and pressing facilities, tables of heavy vertical presses in particular. SUBSTANCE: table has upper and lower supporting bases provided with holes for joining pins with nuts 5. Upper and lower supporting bases are joined to each other by welding of supporting ribs. The table has pair of detachable welded beams, in additional supporting bases of which there are holes for joining pins to mount beams on lower supporting base of table. Beams supporting bases have grooves, in which with minimum mounting clearance bulges of lower supporting base of table are set. Additional fixation of beams is carried out using key joint. Proposed detachable design of table provides significant decrease of metal and labour consumption in process of its production and also makes easier its transportation by railroad. EFFECT: significantly simplified table design, its transportation by railroad, decreased labour consumption. 1 cl |
