FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating wire to temperature exceeding; holding at this temperature; intensively cooling to temperature of M(h) and providing ultimate cooling. Intensive cooling process is conducted by blowing gas at cooling rate ranging between 30 and 1,000 C per sec for time period of τ, determined by dependence recited in Specification. Apparatus has heater, pressure chamber with nozzle, cooling medium source and wire winding mechanism. Slit nozzle is extending along axis of apparatus, which may be further provided with cooling chamber, thermal holding chamber and reduction holding chamber. EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for ecologically clean process by thermal treatment without usage of plumbum, potassium nitrate and acid and reduced production costs. 22 cl, 15 dwg, 7 tbl |
