<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control opening-closing timing and ranges so as to improve the efficiency of a compressor by forming a recessed groove, provided with a gas exhaust port, at a cylinder head, disposing an exhaust valve in this recessed groove, and forming a valve fixing face and a valve seat face to the same height within a fixed dimensional range. SOLUTION: A recessed groove 132 provided with an exhaust port 133 to which refrigerant gas is discharged is formed on one side of the upper face of a cylinder head 131 used for a hermetic type compressor, and an exhaust valve 134 for opening/closing the exhaust port 133 is disposed at the upper face of the exhaust port 133. The exhaust valve 134 is supported in a closing direction by a valve spring 135 disposed above, and a retainer 136 for regulating the positions of the exhaust valve 134 and valve spring 135 so as to be constant is mounted on the upper side of the valve spring 135. A fixed end 136a extended at a right angle at one end part of the retainer 136 is accommodated in a fixing groove 132a connected to the recessed groove 132, and its upper side is supported through packing 140 by mounting a head cover 138.</p> |
