The clip (1) has a spring band (2), two tensioning ends (3, 4) clear of the band, and a holding element (5) with a holding sector (6) and a tightening sector (7). When the holding element is tightened or released, the clip springs to its released state. The tightening sector of the holding element has a gripping sector (8), which can be gripped fro above or below with at least one finger, for the manual tightening of the holding element. In the assembly position of the clip, this gripping sector is outside of the end or ends to be released.
