PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a fractal pattern enhancing the comfortableness by changing weighting coefficient in a sawtooth wave form in accordance with the change of the ratio of the length of a segment to lateral width or longitudinal width of the segment corresponding to the size of a plotting area. SOLUTION: One of three segments constituting a triangle is selected and the length L of the segment is calculated. The weighting coefficient is obtained from a value obtained by dividing the length L of the segment by the size W of the area. In the figure, an abscissa axis shows L/W and a ordinate axis shows the weighting coefficient. The weighting coefficient characteristics line is proportional to a 1/f characteristic, namely, to 1/L, and shows the fluctuation of 1/f in a prescribed range of L/W, and different fluctuation of 1/f in the range of the adjacent L/W. The weighting coefficient changes in a sawtooth wave form against the change of the L/W while bringing the fluctuation characteristic of 1/f over at least more than two stages, and shows the recurrent and hierarchical 1/f characteristic. The random numbers in the range of -1 to +1, which can adopt any positive/negative values for the weighting coefficient, are generated, and the respective random numbers are multiplied by the weighting coefficient so as to decide fluctuation quantity Y. |
