摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shaft body and an electrically conductive elastic layer from being separated from each other while elasticity by which a roller can be brought into contact with a roller on an opposite side by proper press-contact force. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive elastic roller 1 is obtained by forming the electrically conductive elastic layer having two-layered structure 3 consisting of an inside elastic layer 4 and an outside elastic layer 5 on the outside circumference of the shaft body 2. Then, the layer 4 directly brought into contact with the shaft body 2 is formed of an electrically conductive non- foaming body. The layer 5 is formed of an electrically conductive foaming body having cell structure obtained by mixing separated foam and continuous foam and the coefficient of the continuous foam of the electrically conductive foaming body is set to be 20-80%.
