PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact type proximity electrifying chip having a very simple structure and not generating a problem often caused by contact as the electrifying device of a photoreceptor used for a copying machine or a laser printer and provide a photoreceptor cartridge mounted with it. SOLUTION: A voltage is applied to the face S of this proximity electrifying chip 4 opposite to a photoreceptor 5 to electrify the photoreceptor 5. The face S opposite to the photoreceptor 5 is constituted of at least an electrifying member 1 made of a conductive or semiconductive elastic film and an insulating film 2 provided on the elastic film, the insulating film 2 is provided at a position drifted from the tip of the electrifying member 1, and the electrifying member 1 and the photoreceptor 5 are kept at a proximity gap by the thickness of the insulating film 2 kept in contact with the photoreceptor 5. This proximity electrifying chip 4 is directly fitted in a casing for use as a photoreceptor cartridge. |
