PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily and precisely measuring a qualitative parameter proper to a product such as alcohol, sugar, a carbon dioxide and oxygen gas in fluid containing alcohol such as beer housed in a bottle and a can or the like without requiring complicated prepreparation. SOLUTION: A qualitative parameter of fluid 14 which is housed in a vessel 12 such as a bottle and a can and particularly contains alcohol is measured. Sensors 22, 24, 26 and 28 corresponding to detection of respective parameters are arranged for this measurement. In order to extremely easily perform this measurement by avoiding cross sensitivity without making complicated prepreparation, a qualitative parameter of the fluid 14 is measured under a condition occupied in the vessel, and first of all, the fluid is carried to a temperature adjusting unit 32 under pressure occupied in the vessel, and is set at a temperature corresponding to a temperature of the sensors, and next, it is carried toward the sensors, and precise measurement is performed here. |
