<p>The present invention relates to compounds having the general formula (1) in which: X represents one or more substituents independentlyselected from hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl, aryloxy, CN, loweralkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, nitro, trifluoromethyl, alkylsulphonamido, NHCOR where R is lower alkyl or aryl, NR1R2 where R1 and R2 areindependently hydrogen or lower alkyl or together form a ring, CO2R where R is lower alkyl, or cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or bicycloalkyl either optionally further substituted by lower alkyl; Y is CO or CR3R4 where R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or together form a cyclic acetal; Z is N or CH; stereo and optical isomers and racemates thereof where such isomers exist, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and solvates thereof; having therapeutic activity, intermediates for their preparation, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations containing the compounds and medicinal use of the compounds and similar known compounds.</p> |
