摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating soln. ensuring practical hardness at low temp. and not causing change to an oriented film by incorporating a hydrolyzate of an alkoxy compd., electrically conductive fine particles whose average particle diameter is below a specified value and an org. carboxylic acid compd. SOLUTION: This coating soln. contains a hydrolyzate of at least one kind of alkoxy compd. selected from among alkoxysilane compds., and metallic alkoxy compds., electrically conductive fine particles of <100Åaverage particle diameter and an org. carboxylic acid compd. The hydrolyzate may be produced by dissolving the alkoxy compd. in an org. solvent and carrying out conventional hydrolysis with water preferably in the presence of an acid catalyst such as hydrochloric acid or nitric acid. The electrically conductive fine particles are not especially limited if they are fine particles of <100Åaverage particle diameter having electric conductivity but the average particle diameter is preferably <=50Å. In the case of <=50Å, a protective film having a low clouding degree and excellent in homogeneity can be formed. Lactic acid, glycolic acid or acetic acid is, e.g. used as the org. carboxylic acid compd.
