摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the adhesion with a thermoplastic polymer, and manufacture a relatively large sized-composite injection molded body with a complex shape by mounting a cross-linked rubber molded body within an injection mold, after that, injection molding a thermoplastic polymer having an inorganic filler within the mold. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a cross-linked rubber article having a complex shape, after a cross-linked molded body is mounted within an injection it is so treated that a thermoplastic polymeric body with an inorganic filler is injection molded within the mold. In this instance, blending is preferably performed at a rate of 1-40 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polymer. Also, at least a part of the thermoplastic polymer has a polar group, and used for such polar group is one selected from a group consisting of a hydroxyl group and carboxyl group (containing an acid anhydride). Also, for such thermoplastic polymer, a common used one is employed preferably at the rate of 10-90-90:10 of an olefin thermoplastic resin and olefin elastomer.
