The assembly is placed on the first substrate (2) and has several portions (4, 5, 6) enabling each cell (7, 8, 9) to have an opening (7a, 8a, 9a) towards a distribution chamber (20) with a single filler hole (21) linking with the exterior. The second substrate (3) is fixed on the upper surface of the framework according to a procedure adapted to the assembly used. The active liquid is filled through the hole and a stopper material is introduced into the distribution chamber and seals the elemental openings. The filling may be along an injection axis parallel to the plane of the substrates or it may be perpendicular to this plane and to that of the injection axis across the openings.
