The doll, designed to be the size of a baby or small child, is made from knitted rectangles, e.g. in moss stitch - one rectangle (1) for the head and body, and two each for the arms (2, 3), legs (4, 5) and feet (6, 7). The rectangles can be made in colours representing different races: yellow, white, red, black and all variants. The doll's shape is made by gathering at the top of the head, neck, wrists, hands, ankles and feet, and its volume is produced by stuffing. The hair is made from unravelled wool, and the facial features by simple embroidery stitches. The doll can be dressed in a baby's or young child's clothes.
