discharging tile soil and brick soil through a large soil treater(20) and a small soil treater(19) so as to discharge a relatively wide soil board(5) from the large soil treater(20) and a narrow soil board(6) from the small soil treater(19), winding the soil board(6) from the small soil treater(19) on the circumferential surface of a rectangular mold(1) and first drying the soil board(6) to form a rectangular soil body(7), cutting the soil board(5) discharged from the large soil treater(20) in a predetermined length and first drying the soil board(5), placing the rectangular soil body(7) on the large soil board(5) into a drying furnace(8') and redrying the rectangular soil body(7) on the large soil board(5) at above 900 degrees centigrade in order to minimize the moisture content, placing a discharged rectangular brick(9) in a firing furnace(13) and firing and foaming the rectangular brick(9) at 1100-1480 degrees centigrade, and separating the rectangular brick(9) from a foamed ceramic(14).
