This tool consists of the upper face(11) as the cutting blade area and the side face(12) constituting the outer periphery around in the perpendicular shape to the upper face, in the border face of the upper face and the side face, the nose parts(20,210) in round shape containing lands(141,142) on each vertex and the cutting blade(13) including the land(14) on the straight line part(17) between the nose part(20) and the nose part(210) are introduced. Meanwhile, the upper face is provided with the inner inclined face(15) on which the projection parts(16,18,21,211,22) that crush the chip, bumping into the chip cut are formed and with the spacious boss face(19) supporting the chip centering upon the fixing hole(24), which makes the steep sloped part(23) and is closely adjacent.
