PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improvement in low friction, wear resistance and heat resistance so as to secure high strength against stress concentration and impact by forming a part or all of a sliding movement part of a lubricating rubber compound including acrylonitrile butadiene robber, tetrafloroethylene resin powder, and spherical graphite. SOLUTION: A part or all of a sliding movement part is made of a lubricating rubber compound including the first necessary component, acrylonitrilebutadiene rubber 1, the second necessary component, tetraflouroethlene resin powder 2, and the third necessary component spherical graphite 6. The first necessary component is a copolymer consisting of butadiene and acrylonitrile and such ones having a formula as its main structure unit can be assigned. (m), (n) show integer number. The second necessary component can be assigned to such power as copolymer, etc., like polytetreafluoroethelene, tetrafluoroethelene perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer, etc. According to the above situation, strong character istics are provided for elastic body, low friction, hear resistance, stress concentration and for impact. |
