PROCESS FOR THE PREVENTION OF ARC-SPOT IN CONTINUOUS ELECTROPLATING OF THE KOROSEL TYPE BATH

摘要

Carogel typed series of electroplating line sprays mixed acid which is a mixture of citric acid of 0.5-1.0g/1 and hydrochloric acid of 0.05-0.1wt% at normal temperature on band of conductor roll with amount of 1.5-3.01/min per conductor roll of which band is formed along central outside surface. Therefore, arc spot is prevented during carogel series of electroplating and surface quality of steel plate is excellent and increases line speed and cleanness of coating solution is guaranteed.
