PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpolate a cell loss with high quality. SOLUTION: When a cell 41i+1 is missing, a pitch period Tp is extracted from a reproduction signal 40 received so far and a signal 42 for one period T1 from the reproduction signal 40 just before the missing cell is extracted and several samples 43 just before are extracted and they are synthesized with corresponding part 42a of the signal 42 and a start and an end of the signal 42 are in matching with those of the interpolated signal as an interpolation signal and it is repetitively used for a reproduction signal for the missing cell 41i+1 .
