<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce with good reproducibility a transparent conductive layered product equipped with a transparent conductive film having high electric resistance and also provide a touch panel having a high input accuracy with good reproducibility. SOLUTION: At least one metal element is selected among indium In, tin Sn, titanium Ti, iridium Ir, yttrium Y, chromium Cr, zinc Zn, zirconium Zr, hafnium Hf, tantalum Ta, cobalt Co, bismuth Bi, and manganese Mn, and an oxide film is formed from this element(s) and oxygen O where the atomic ratio of the total amount of the metal element(s), i.e., (total metal atoms)/(In+Sn+ total metal atoms), ranges from 2.2 to 40at%, and a transparent conductive film whose thickness and specific resistance lie within a quadrangle having the angles at Points A, B, C, D is formed on a transparent base material having electric insulativeness so that a transparent conductive laminate is obtained. The transparent laminate is used at least one of the two transparent electrode boards constituting a touch panel.</p> |
