<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space of the gateway of a facility such as the library, to improve the using efficiency of a gate, to make it easy to enter the facility and to prevent illegal leaving by providing a flapper preventing the illegal passing of a passage for each passage so as to close by selecting one of adjacent passages. SOLUTION: The flapper 4 is normally positioned in parallel with a passage 2 and the passage 2 is open. Consequently a visitor freely enters through the passage 2. When the visitor tries to illegally bring out a book without a book borrowing procedure, as the signal of a tattle tape stuck to the book is not erased, the signal emitted from the tattle tape is detected at the time of passing by an illegal belt detector 1, and the detection signal is inputted to a controller. When the controller judges the passage 2 where illegal leaving is about to be tried, the flapper 4 selects one of two passages 2 adjacent to the flapper and rotates to the side of the passage 2 to block the passage 2 to prevent leaving.</p> |
