摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for dehumidifying the enclosure for a gas laser oscillator by which vapor is hardly diffused within the enclosure when the absorbing of a moisture absorbent is reproduced by heating. SOLUTION: In a gas laser oscillator 1 wherein a laser gas is fed in its enclosure 3, a moisture absorbent container 7 including a moisture absorbent 5 is provided on the inner wall of the enclosure 3, and a heater 9 for regenerating the moisture absorbent by heating is provided inside the container 7, further a blocking device 15 is fitted to the container 7 to freely block the contact of the adsorbent 5 and gas laser and an exhaust device 11 is provided to the container 7 to discharge water vapor produced during heat regeneration to the outside of the enclosure. When the absorbent 5 is reproduced by the heater 9, the container 7 is closed by the device 15 and the water vapor produced from the absorbent 5 is discharged to the outside of the enclosure 3 through the device 11.
