The connection of the plastic plate (4) and several shrink hoses (3) takes place in one work process which involves welding. In a further process, the shrinkage either takes place on each pipe individually or by heating the whole component part in one work process. For sealing the individual heat exchanger pipes (3), sealing components e.g. O-rings can be used. Alternatively, the shrink hoses, by heating the heat exchanger pipes from the inside, can be heated to the extent that they melt onto the surfaces of the pipes, i.e. on the enamel layer.
