PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a smooth relative displacement of a slider in its thrust direction with respect to an input member and an output member by causing the input member to be hardly inclined with respect to the output member.SOLUTION: An output member 30 is formed with an inner space [s] for use in installing an input member 20 therein, and with a primary recess 37 and a secondary recess 38 reaching from the outer circumference to the inner space [s] at two spaced-apart locations in different oscillating directions P, Q. Then, the input member 20 is installed in the inner space [s] while bridging over both inside of the primary recess 37 and inside of the secondary recess 38, and abutted from both sides in thrust directions L, R against the inner surfaces of the recesses 37, 38, to cause a relative displacement of the input member 20 with respect to the output member 30 together with a slider 40 in the thrust directions L, R to be restricted at two locations of the primary recess 37 and the secondary recess 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
