摘要 The knife has a handle (2) to be gripped by the users hand and a flat elongated blade (4) rigidly fixed to the grip and with a grooved edge (6). The handle has two zones (12b,14,14,15) forming the recesses, extending longitudinally (L) of the blade and on opposite sides, to receive the fingers and palm when in the closed position. The two recessed zones define at least one part of the grip forming a handle to be gripped by the closed hand with the blade extending as a prolongation of the forearm of the user.
