METHOD OF LEACHING COMPLEX ORE MATERIAL

FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves leaching in oxidative medium in autoclave with solution containing ammonia and ammonium sulfate at 130-160 C for 3-6 h and separation of solution from the solid phase. Gravitation and flotation concentrates containing precious metals were subjected for leaching and process is carried out at ratio of liquid solution to solid phase = 5-7 under total oxygen and ammonia pressure 3-9 ati and at ammonia concentration in solution 100-200 g/l and ammonium sulfate 60-120 g/l. Method provides extraction of gold and silver at amount 90-95% and 80-85%, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced extraction of noble and precious metals.
