PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrapure water producing device capable of removing boron, which is regarded as the cause of a trouble problem recently, while making good use of the specific characteristic of a non-regeneration type ultrapure water producing device free from problem about the waste water treatment or the like and having excellent property in environmental protection. SOLUTION: The ultrapure water producing device has a structure provided with two stages of RO devices 103, 104 as desalting devices of the ultrapure water producing device having a pretreating device, the desalting device and a nonionic material removing device, but not provided with a chemical regeneration type ion exchange device. A boron removing device 1 allowing a water to be treated, after passed through two stages of the RO devices 103, 104, to come into contact with a boron selective ion exchange resin is provided.
