PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for skin strap by cutting a polyethylene terephthalate film in a specific lattice form, thus requiring no pre-adhesion sheet, and excellent in applicability to the skin with excellent followability to skin extension. SOLUTION: A polyethylene terephthalate film 2 of 0.5-10μm thickness is laminated on a soft film 1 to prepare a substrate sheet. An adhesive layer 3 is formed on the polyethylene terephthalate film 2 side and the film 2 is cut in a lattice form with a side length of 1-10mm. These film 1 and film 2 are, for example, dry-laminated and the lattice cutting using a Thomson blade is recommended.
