<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool with which work of cleaning a subject article such as a vehicle can be easily performed with a single hand. SOLUTION: A device comprises a container 106 provided with a cover and having a hollow part for containing a soap 102, and a scrubbing tool 108 such as a sponge attached to the surface of the container 106 provided with the cover, and an abrasion member to abrade the soap 102 and a slide member to slide the soap 102 are provided in the hollow part.
