<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the sudden collisions of persons at the path corners in a building by detecting the persons near the corners of every path and warning the possibility of collisions of persons if decided. SOLUTION: This device includes a detection means 11 and 12 which detect the persons who passing through the corners of every path, and a warning means 13 which warns the possibility of sudden collisions of persons occurring at the path corners. Furthermore, a control mans 14 is added to decide the possibility of collisions based on the signals sent from both means 11 and 12 and instructs the means 13 to produce warnings. Thus the sudden collisions of persons can be surely prevented at the path corners in a building. As a result, no injury is caused by the collisions of persons and even the aged or physically handicapped persons can safely walk over the paths of the buildings, underpasses, etc.</p> |
