The outwards-projecting deformation (7,8) is made solely in the impact area of the blanking punch (1). The system is designed so that a tangential force (FN) emanating from the inclined position of the punch is effective. The punch is manufactured with a face with a rectangular cross-section. A deformation of reduced height (h1,h2) is made only in the area of a lower and upper transverse edge.
