PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semipermanent deodorizing function by applying powder of ore tormalin powder mixed and kneaded with adhesive agent or paint on the surface of blades of a blow fan. SOLUTION: For example, powder of ore tormalin of an average grain size of about 10μis dispersed in epoxy paint at a rate of about 10%, and it is painted on the surface of a blow fan, so it is used as a ventilation fan. In this case, when properties of the surface of the blow fan have less affinity to adhesive agent, paint, emulsion for immersion, or suspension, pretreatment of applying primer or adhesive agent is performed before it is painted. After application, painting, and immersion, adhesive agent, paint, etc., are dried and hardened. For this method, natural drying, heating, baking, infrared radiation, or UV- radiation may be applied. Ore tormalin has deodorizing effect for a long period, thereby a deodorizing function can be achieved semipermanently.
