PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the dewatering,, sterilization, deodorization, reduction in weight and calories required for combustion of garbage and the prevention of eutrophication of rivers due to garbage by crushing a mixture of garbage and quick lime gradually and finely from its center toward periphery into paste. SOLUTION: An agitation cutting crushing mixing reaction apparatus consisting of a rotary cutter part 8, a fixed disk part 19, rotary disk part 22, and ring-shaped pulley 28 is provided. When the rotary disk part 22 is fixed and the pulley 28 connected with the rotary shaft of the cutter part 8 is rotated by a driving belt 27, the cutter part 8, the rotary disk part 22, and the pulley 28 rotate, and only the fixed disk part is left fixed. The cutter part 8 agitates garbage and quick lime, which were charged into a hopper 33, and sends the mixture into the garbage passage hole 4 of the fixed disk part 19. Since a blade 5 is prismatic and a ring 6 is formed into an angular ring surrounding the blade 5, the mixture can easily be sent into the passage hole 4 while being kept inside. |
