Dispenser reel for cable or chain

The reel (10) has a support (1) which guides its rotation around an axis. The reel has a core (12) and two side flanges (13) perpendicular to the axis. The flanges define between them and around the core a reception groove (17) for the wound material. Each flange has a locking span (14) and a guide span (15) concentric with the axis. Roller locking guides (20) on the support extend face each guide and locking span parallel to the axis. These guide, rotate and lock the reel on the support preventing its radial disengagement. A flexible ratchet mechanism (24) enables replacement of the reel by disengaging the guide and locking parts beyond the locking span and separation from the support.
