PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an external facing steel plate having excellent design and excellent stain resistance with excellent productivity by compositing a decorated fluororesin film and a steel plate. SOLUTION: This external facing steel plate is obtained by forming a pattern printing layer 2 on the surface of a fluororesin film 1 and decorating it, and laminating it on the surface of a steel plate 3 for practical use through a surface treating layer 4. For the fluororesin film 1, a polyvinyl fluoride resin, an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin or a polyvinylidene fluoride resin is preferably used in terms of price and printability. The surface treating layer 4 is provided for the purpose of imparting adhesive property for adhering the fluororesin film 1 and the steel plate 3 forming the pattern printing layer 2 to the steel plate 3 by a heat laminate method. For the material of the surface treating layer 4, a polyester resin and a urethane resin can be named. |
