PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate displacement of reinforcing fiber in the vicinity of thread part at the time of formation to thereby facilitate the formation of bolt by setting the arrangement direction of reinforcing fiber so that it has an angle to the axial direction of bolt near the outer surface. SOLUTION: A reinforcement fiber 1b is set so that the arrangement direction at its inner and outer positions varies and inclination distribution is made according to the difference between the inner and outside positions so that the arrangement direction has angles in both directions to the axial direction of bolt, and the angle becomes large in the vicinity the outer surface and the angle of 0 degrees to the axial direction is obtained at its inner layer. The distribution of inclination is made in a range of e.g. 30-75 degrees, and desirably it is set equally in both spiral directions, in the range of 45-60 degrees. The outer layer is±θlayer in which the reinforcement fiber 1b having the angle of±θis interposed while the intermediate part is 0 deg. layer in which the reinforcement fiber 1b having the angle of 0 deg. is interposed. In a hole 3 formed in the center of a rod-like body X, a resinous body formed of the resin having the same quality as that of a matrix material 1a is charged.
