PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a block made of a synthetic resin excellent in impact strength without deforming the same in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: After a molten resin 1 is injected into a mold by an extruder 2, the mold is gradually cooled to cure the molten resin 1 and a molded product is taken out of the mold. Pref., the mold taken out of the extruder 2 is allowed to stand at atmosphere temp. of 0-40 deg.C to be gradually coold and, further pref., the mold is detached by pushing the molten resin 1 stagnated in the connection part 3 of the extruder 2 and the mold by a push-in cylinder 5 after the mold is filled with the molten resin 1 and subsequently quenching the leading end part 6 of the push-in cylinder to allow the push-in cylinder 5 to retreat. |
